To ensure prompt processing of payouts, we strongly advise models (creators) to update their banking details once. Should you need to make any changes to your banking information, please reach out to our support team or log in to our payout partner Gusto for assistance.
To update banking details on Gusto:
- Sign in to Gusto.
- On the left-menu, click Profile.
- Toggle to the Payment tab.
- Next to "Payment", click Edit.
- Enter your new direct deposit information.
- Click Save.
If you change your bank account while a payment has already been processed, it may go to the previous account. Reach out to our support team if you were not paid in the right account.
