Community Guidelines
My Meta Fans welcomes and supports the creative endeavors of users who choose to leverage AI-generated media. However, to maintain a respectful and secure community environment, we have established clear guidelines governing the uploading, posting, and sharing of AI-generated media, including but not limited to deep fakes, generated images, and synthetic media.


Disclosure: When uploading, posting, or sharing AI-generated media on My Meta Fans, it is imperative to disclose that it is not real and was created using AI. This disclosure must be prominently displayed so that other community members are aware that the media is not authentic. It may be included in the profile bio, content caption, or as a watermark on the media itself. Failure to disclose appropriately may result in the removal of your content and/or suspension of your account.


Nature: AI-generated media must not be utilized to create harmful or misleading content. Any content intended to deceive or cause harm to others is strictly prohibited.


Moderation: All content undergoes My Meta Fans' "Reasonable Person's Test," conducted by three or more members of our moderation team. This test assesses whether AI-generated content complies with our rules and policies. Failure to pass the test will result in the removal of the content, and repeated failures may lead to permanent suspension of your account.


Age and Appearance: AI-generated media uploaded to My Meta Fans must not depict real individuals other than the account owner and must not resemble or intend to resemble (visually or contextually) individuals under the age of 18. Prompt text cannot be utilized to 'prove' the age of AI-generated content due to various factors such as model used, training data, prompt weight, and delta.


Compliance: All AI-generated media must be respectful and must not violate any of our community guidelines, including avoiding harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.


Copyright: AI-generated media must not infringe upon any copyright or ownership rights. Uploading such content may result in legal consequences, and the uploader is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use and share the media.


Consequences: Violations of these guidelines will result in appropriate consequences based on the severity of the violation, which may include warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban from the community.


We reserve the right to remove any content without notice if it violates our community guidelines or policies, including but not limited to AI-generated media that contravenes the guidelines outlined above.
